Generally, the earlier conflict is acknowledged and managed, the easier (and less costly) it is to resolve. However, most managers will testify to feeling underskilled in the area of conflict management and resolution. The purpose of these services is to assist in the prompt and efficient resolution of the current conflict. Our aim is to mimimise any potential fallout or repercussions from the conflict such as staff turnover, impacts on team dynamics and productivity or litigation.
